Anne-Lynn Gross Breast Cancer Resource Center Scholarship – established by Anne-Lynn Gross in 2013: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident who currently in or completed cancer treatment pursuing a minimum of 3 credits toward a degree or certificate and in good academic standing with financial need. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
