Ruth Tick Memorial Nursing Scholarship

The Ruth Tick Memorial Nursing Scholarship – established by the National Council of Jewish Woman, Frederick Section, in 2010: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled in his/her last semester of the clinical component of the Nursing Program. He/she is enrolled in 6 or more credits and has a minimum GPA of 2.5 at FCC with financial need based on the FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
