Robert S. Hutton Nursing Scholarship established by Elinor Hutton in 1989: An eligible applicant is is a recent Frederick County High School graduate and graduated with a minimum GPA of 3.0. He/she is enrolled in a career or transfer program in the field of Nursing and carrying a minimum of 6 credits . Recipient must write a thank you letter to the donor.
