Support Personnel Association (SPA) Scholarship

FCC Supportive Personnel Association (SPA) Scholarship established by SPA and endowed by an anonymous donor in 2009: An eligible applicant is a U.S. citizen, Frederick County resident enrolled in 6 or more credits with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and financial need based on FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
