Michael Meeks Memorial Scholarship established by Mrs. Joyce Meeks in 2003: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled as a General Studies major, pursing 6 or more credits with financial need based on FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
