Tarpley in 2012: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident who is pursuing an Associate Degree in Nursing, is enrolled in 6 or more credits and has a minimum GPA of 2.0. Applicant must have financial need based on FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
