Kathryn Jane Nusbaum Memorial Nursing Scholarship established by her daughter Margaret in 2009: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled in the clinical portion of the Associate Degree in Nursing, pursing 6 or more credits, and has financial need based on FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
