Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership Scholarship

Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership Scholarship established by the Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership in 2012: Recipient must be a Frederick County resident enrolled in 6 or more credits. Priority given to a.) student who is caring for children of someone incarcerated; b.) student who has been incarcerated him/herself or has a parent that is or has been incarcerated. Student must be in Good Standing or newly enrolled at FCC. Award is need based (FASFA). Recipient must write a thank you letter to the donor.
