Carol Young Tribute Endowment

Carol Young Tribute Endowment established by her sons Brad Young, Brian Young, Blaine Young, and Alex Young upon her retirement in 2000: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled in 6 or more credits with a minimum GPA of 2.0. Applicant must have attended Hillcrest Elementary School or its successor. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
