May Scholarship Endowment established by Tim May in 1989: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident and graduate of a Frederick County public high school enrolled in 6 or more credits with a minimum GPA of 2.0 and financial need based on FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
