William and Marilyn Hurwitz Scholarship

William and Marilyn Hurwitz Scholarship established by Colonial Jewelers in 1989 to honor Mr. and Mrs. Hurwitz: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident (preference given to a resident of Frederick City) enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits with financial need based on FAFSA. Priority is given to student with urgent financial need (i.e., low household income, economically disadvantaged). Recipient must write a thank you letter to the donor.
