Carroll Manor Urbana Lions Club Scholarship

Carroll Manor Urbana Lions Club Scholarship established by the Urbana Lions Club in 1990: An eligible applicant graduated from St. John’s Catholic Prep, Tuscarora High or Urbana High schools the spring prior to enrollment. He/she must be a resident of Frederick County, enrolled in 6 or more credits at FCC, and must have an established commitment to community service. He/she must describe their commitment to community service. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor and attend, upon invitation, a Carroll Manor Urbana Lions Club meeting during his/her first academic year.
