Dr. Lee John Betts Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Lee John Betts Memorial Scholarship established in 2012 by Charlie Luttrell, Richard Burgo, Deedee & Jeff Luttrell, and Aubrey Dixon upon the death of former FCC President Betts: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled for 6 or more credits with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and has financial need (based on FAFSA). Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
