Exchange Club of Frederick Scholarship

Exchange Club of Frederick Scholarship established by the Exchange Club of Frederick in 1989: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled in 6 or more credits with financial need based on FAFSA. First priority is given to students who demonstrate an interest in studies related to child abuse prevention and intervention. Second priority is given to students who demonstrate an interest in Human Services related fields of study. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
