Thomas, Bennett & Hunter, Inc. Scholarship Endowment Fund established in 2000: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident pursuing an Associates Degree. Applicant must be enrolled full-time (12 or more credits) with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
