Anne Slater English Department Scholarship – established by the FCC English Department in 2012 to honor her at the time of her retirement from FCC: An eligible applicant is a resident of Frederick County enrolled in 6 or more credits and majoring in Secondary Education – English, Associate in Arts in Teaching (AAT). Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
