Mayor Ronald Young & W. Bert Anderson City Scholarship Endowment established by Ronald Young and W. Bert Anderson in 2003: An eligible applicant is a graduate of Frederick City high school (public or private) and Frederick City resident enrolled in 6 or more credits with a minimum GPA of 2.0 and financial need based on FAFSA. Applicant must explain in the essay portion of the application his/her interest in studying Art, Government or Business. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
