Donald and Rebecca Linton Scholarship established by Donald C. and M. Rebecca Linton in 2010: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled in 6 or more credits and majoring in Accounting, Business, or Construction Management & Supervision with financial need and a minimum GPA of 2.5. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
