Theresa Trail Mathias Scholarship established by the Protestant Episcopal Orphan House in 1989: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident and graduate of Frederick County high school enrolled in 6 or more credits with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants should discuss in the essay portion of the application an interest in history or political science. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
