Project Forward Step Opportunity Scholarship Endowment Fund

Project Forward Step Opportunity Scholarship Endowment Fund established by Roberta Watrous in 1997: An eligible applicant is Frederick County resident and an FCC Office of Adult Services student (single parent or displaced homemakers enrolled in credit, basic skills or continuing education courses). Priority is given to those with greatest financial need. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
