Culinary Arts Scholarship

Culinary Arts Scholarship established by Mrs. Shirley Richardson in 2012 to honor her husband, Barry, an alum and former teacher at FCC and her daughter Katie, who graduated from the culinary program: An eligible applicant is a resident of Frederick County enrolled in the Culinary Arts program and seeking either a culinary arts certificate or degree. He/she has a minimum GPA of 2.5, or is enrolled in 6 or more and has financial need based on FAFSA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
