W. Allen Yingling, Jr. Memorial Endowment Scholarship Fund

The W. Allen Yingling, Jr. Memorial Endowment Scholarship Fund established by his mother, Sue Ann Yingling, in 1995 and renamed upon his death in 2004: An eligible first priority applicant is a Frederick County resident and recent graduate (within 2 years) of Brunswick High School majoring in Criminal Justice or Music, enrolled in 6 or more credits and has a minimum GPA of 2.0. Applicant confirm in the essay portion of the application that he/she is not married.If no first priority applicant is identified, second priority is given to a certified officer with the Frederick City Police Department and third priority is given to a recent (within 2-3 years) Brunswick High School graduate with financial need based on FASFA. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
