Vernon E. Stup Co. Scholarship established by Vernon E. Stup Company in 1990: An eligible applicant is a recent graduate of Frederick High School or Thomas Johnson High School and has a minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
