Joseph O. Hooper Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Joseph O. Hooper Memorial Scholarship Endowment established by Elizabeth Hooper in 2000 to honor her late husband: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident enrolled in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire Science or Fire and Safety Rescue training programs. Priority will be given to students enrolled in academic programs and then to non-credit programs. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
