English as a Second Language Scholarship (ESL) established by Teresa Clark, Beverly Hendrix and Thank Thanh St-Johns in 2010: An eligible applicant is a non-native English speaker enrolled in FCC’s ESL classes (credit or non-credit). Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
