Stacey Evans Scholarship

Named in honor of Stacey Hamlin Evans, 29, of Thurmont, MD. She was born on April 25, 1984 in Baltimore, MD to Angie and Bob Hamlin. She attended Catoctin High School, graduated from TESST College in the Computer Program, and was a Nursing student at Frederick Community College. The recipient shall be a single parent and a nursing student.
