Barbara Ashbury Memorial Scholarship – established by the Episcopal Orphan House in 2012: Eligible applicant is a graduate of a Frederick County Public High School, is enrolled for 6 or more credits, and has a minimum GPA of 3.0. Recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
