Dr. and Mrs. Thomas M. Tarpley Visual & Performing Arts Endowed Scholarship: An eligible applicant is a Frederick County resident, enrolled in 6 or more credits and has financial need based on FAFSA. Preference is given to a student majoring in a Visual or Performing Arts program. The recipient is required to write a thank you letter to the donor.
