Beth Summers Memorial Scholarship

The amount available for spending from the Fund shall be used on an annual basis to provide funds to assist parents who are students Frederick Community College pay for their child(ren)’s tuition at the Carl and Norma Miller Children’s Center in accordance with the following criteria:

1. Recipient shall be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at Frederick Community College
2. Recipient shall have a child enrolled at the Carl and Norma Miller Children’s Center at FCC
3. Recipient shall have a minimum GPA of 2.50
