Frederick Singles

The Frederick Singles Scholarship is a one-year, need-based scholarship awarded to one graduating Frederick County Public High School senior from a single-parent household. The recipient :

 Must be a graduating Frederick County public high school senior
 Must live in a single-parent household
 Must have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
 Must enroll at FCC in a minimum of 6 credits as a degree-seeking student

  1. If you are a 2025 high school graduate, please upload a copy of your high school transcript (official or unofficial). A transcript is not required for current FCC students (including Dual Enrollment students).
  2. Please upload a letter of recommendation from your high school principal or other high school administrator.
