Frederick Community College Merit Scholarship
The Frederick Community College Merit Scholarship is a two-year scholarship awarded to one graduating senior from one Frederick County Public High School. The scholarship is valued at up to $8,800 ($2,200 per fall and spring semester for two years).
Recipient must:
- Be a graduating senior from one Frederick County Public High School.
 - Possess a minimum 3.6 cumulative unweighted high school GPA
 - Submit a copy of your official high school transcript
 - Submit a letter of recommendation from your high school principal or a school administrator
 - Be enrolled at Frederick Community College as a 15+ credit degree-seeking student each semester
 
To be eligible for the second year award, the recipient must
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA at Frederick Community College
 - Be enrolled at Frederick Community College as a 15+ credit degree-seeking student each semester
