Brenda Moe Tarpley Health Sciences Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was created by Dr. Thomas Tarpley in loving memory of his wife Brenda Moe Tarpley.

1. Recipient(s) shall be a degree-seeking student enrolled in three (3) or more credits at Frederick Community College
2. Recipient must be accepted into and enrolled in an approved Health Sciences Program at FCC
   (Health & Exercise Science, Medical Assistant, Nursing, Physical Therapy Assistant, Respiratory Care, Surgical Technology)
3. Recipient(s) shall be determined to have financial need based upon the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form submitted to the Frederick Community College Office of Financial Aid.
4. Recipient(s) shall maintain a college GPA of 2.0 or better
5. Recipient(s) will be required to write a thank you letter to the donor and deliver the letter to FCC Foundation, Inc. office within one month of notification of the award
