The Nancy Nicodemus Franck Scholarship Fund

In partnership with the Community Foundation of Frederick County, this scholarship fund, founded by Mrs. Franck, awards one-year scholarships to Frederick County, MD., high school graduates who are attending Frederick Community College and who are studying elementary education. Scholars must be attending Frederick Community College on a full-time basis and must reside in Frederick County, MD. Scholarships are based upon financial need, academic promise, extracurricular activities, and character.”
