40&8 Nurses Training Scholarship

Recipient is a full-time nursing student at Frederick Community College enrolled in the second or a subsequent semester of the nursing program.

• Applicant student must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Frederick County, MD.
• Applicant student must be certified as enrolled as a full-time student at Frederick Community College.
• Applicant student must be enrolled in the associate degree nursing program and be registered for or enrolled in the second or a subsequent semester of the nursing program.
• Applicant student must submit an essay that describes their desire and commitment to a nursing career and their need for financial assistance.
• Application must include a Letter or Recommendation from the a professor or administrator in the FCC Nursing Program.
• Maximum amount to be awarded per semester is $500.
